The outdoor pool provided a relaxing atmosphere, but the standard quadruple room had excessive mold.

Our room was good and outstanding. We loved comfortable beds.

Strongly recommend for price/quality. The venue is exceptionally comfortable, food is outstanding, great location to a forest. Staff is amicable and outstandingly friendly and you can park your car on-site. There is restaurant Restaurante Las Terrazas at the premises;))

Not one thing.

The standard quadruple room fell far short of expectations. It was cramped with hardly enough space for three people. Balcony lacking chairs, missing amenities like a dining table or desk, and it was consistently noisy due to truck traffic at night. Mold was present in the room, and the provided towels felt cheap and inadequate.

After bringing it up with the front desk, we returned to the beautiful room but didn't receive a refund for the upgrade. There were also issues with AC cooling and inadequate supplies like toilet paper and water. The hotel itself looked nice, but the stays need better maintenance and attention to minor details to match the prices they charge.
